Anxiety Symptoms & Effects

Feeling anxious is a normal part of life. It's so common that it's often dismissed or reduced to a buzzword. The problem is when we don't know how to process our anxieties, and they build within us. Anxiety can become a constant, overwhelming presence that disrupts your daily life.

Anxiety may show up as racing thoughts, a pounding heart, sleepless nights, irritability, or even physical symptoms like nausea and dizziness. It can make even simple tasks feel impossible, leaving you exhausted and stuck in a cycle of fear, avoidance, and self-doubt.

For some, anxiety is tied to a specific event—work stress, relationship struggles, or past trauma. For others, it seems to come from nowhere at all. But no matter the cause, you don’t have to live at the mercy of your anxiety.
