Understanding Teen Anxiety
Parenting an anxious teen can feel lonely and overwhelming. Most parents are quietly wondering: Am I responding the right way? Am I giving them what they need? How do I help?
We’re hosting a 3-week online support group for parents of anxious teens to help you:
Better understand anxiety and panic attacks
Learn practical ways to respond
Explore sensory-based strategies, grounding tools, and various therapy approaches
Gain clarity about next steps
Anxiety doesn’t always look like anxiety. Sometimes it looks like anger, shutdown, avoidance, or sleepless nights.
