MEN
_edited.jpg)
While men may be roughly 50% of the population, they're surprisingly underserved in therapy. Traditional gender norms often discourage men from seeking help. Many men are raised to be stoic, self-reliant, and unemotional, which can lead to feelings of shame or weakness when considering therapy.
We flip the script at Anchor Creek. We equate vulnerability and emotional expression with strength. You can't serve those around you until you see, acknowledge, and pursue the man God created you to be.
